YAI Holds Small Business Enterprise Workshop For Sierra Leone Women

Youth Action International’s mission in Sierra Leone has organized and held a series of training workshops on managing small business enterprise for women living in some of the poorest communities in Freetown, Sierra Leone.

More than 500 women have benefited from the workshops which are geared at helping women develop or improve their small businesses. Youth Action International has also awarded micro credit loans to 200 slum dwellers and scholarships to more than 300 girls living in five of Sierra Leone’s poorest communities.
